Exceptional Italian Murano glass lamp by Ercole Barovier in pulegoso white glass. The pulegoso process traps tiny air bubbles within the glass, giving off a frosty appearance.

Barovier (Murano, Italy)
Barovier comes from a long standing family line of glassmakers. The family is recorded as working in Venice as early as 1324. Ercole Barovier, son of Benvenuto Barovier became a partner in his families company at age 30. In 1926 he took over its management with brother Nicol and in 1942 the company was renamed Barovier & Toso.
A unique 19th century crystal and silver perfume bottle with original stopper. Features large fluted base, silver lip and crystal fluted stopper.
Markings: marked '800' for the silver standard and '9', most likely the silversmith's number.

A gorgeous Heath & Middleton English silver and glass decanter, dated 1903. This lovely piece features a round base with an elaborate etched floral motif. Top of decanter has a Birmingham silver lip, marked with John Thomas Heath & John Hartshorne Middleton's makers mark along with the Birmingham silver markings

Also marked JTH over JHM into a quatrefoil (makers mark), the makers mark for John Thomas Heath & John Hartshorne Middleton of Jukin & Heath.
