A Louis XV silver picture frame, circa late 18th/early 19th century. Features ornate relief engraving of florals and foliage bordering glass opening, supported by wood and silver easel. Frame appears to have once had gold gilded accents, gilding in some areas is still present along the florals and inner framing. Frame has interesting Vatican marking (Stato Pontificio) and silversmith marking GZ.
